I. Packaging Standards and Protection Technology

1. Material Selection

 Rust-Proof Core: Moisture-proof crepe paper is used as the inner layer, while vapor-phase rust-inhibiting paper with the customer's logo is used as the outer layer. A desiccant is used to control humidity.

 Reinforcement Structure: Wooden boxes and pallets are used as the base. Steel strapping should be supplemented with wooden blocks. Horizontal steel strapping is applied every 1400-1800mm, ensuring that thin sheets (≤2000mm) have at least two steel straps and wooden blocks.

 Mechanized Operation: Thin sheets should be hoisted using specialized lifting equipment/slings to avoid surface scratches. The train compartment should be lined with discarded cardboard and plastic bags to isolate sources of rust.

2. Environmental Control

Cleaning Requirements: Thoroughly clean the train compartment before loading. Cover with a tarp in rainy weather to prevent moisture.

Stacking Standards: Thicker tubes should be placed at the bottom, thinner tubes at the top, with wooden blocks on both sides to prevent slipping and deformation during transportation.
